Stacy has worked with the Reading Royals professional hockey team  for two seasons and the results have been tremendous.  As an affiliate of the National Hockey League, dryland training and development is just as important to our team as on-ice practice.  As a result of working on core training with Stacy, our team as seen a significant reduction in the number of injuries as well as an increase in their core strength.  Increasing core strength has likewise resulted in players having better balance on their skates, which is essential in a sport as delicate yet physical as hockey.

Stacy has also shown a great ability to adjust to different situations, which is important to teach hockey players who are used to a daily routine.   She is well respected by the players and continues to push them to new limits every time they work together.

I am proud to give Stacy Brown my highest recommendation, and believe that she will be a great asset to any organization.

Derek Clancey, former head coach Reading Royals,  Director of Professional Scouting – Pittsburgh Penguins

It is my pleasure to share with you the accomplishments of Stacy Brown.  Stacy has worked with the American Heart and Stroke Association.  I met Stacy in January 2006 to discuss a new initiative taking place at AHA/ASA.  The Childhood Obesity initiative was to be introduced at the annual Heart Ball.  The goal was to raise additional dollars toward research and education for children.  Stacy’s passion for children and their health was amazing.  With just a blink of eye – Stacy came up with and idea to offer memberships for a local fitness center for lower income families through presentation at the Heart Ball.  Through Stacy’s efforts more than $3000 was raised.  The special appeal was a huge success.

Stacy is an amazing person, she truly approaches every task with a “can do attitude”.  It is a pleasure to work with her,  She is truly a great friend to the American Heart Association and American Stroke Association.

Carolyn, Shultz Spano, January 2007

This letter serves to confirm that Stacy Brown provided hours of a physical education presentation during our “2006 Reaching for Peace: Peer Leadership Conference” event.  Over the course of the two day event, Stacy captivated the attention of over 200 adolescents and teens, many of whom represented high-rsk sectors of our local population.  A primary component of her presentation included educating the youth on the benefits of yoga and guiding the participants through various skills, stretches and poses.  The knowledge and techniques that Stacy imparted upon the youth lauded incredible feedback from workshop participants and adult advisors alike.  The Council on Chemical Abuse was thrilled with the quality program that Stacy Brown contributed to our annual event.  Her enthusiastic yet professional demeanor is admirable and we would excitedly welcome her back to present at our event next year.
