Group Training Classes at Sunshine Wellness Resources

We invite you to discover what many of our clients are already experiencing.   Group Personal Training can be what you need to help you achieve your fitness goals!  We provide great music, fun and energetic atmosphere, motivation from your trainer, energy from the group and diversity in our programing  will be the necessary ingredients for optimal health and radiance in your mind, body and spirit.

Whether your goal is to lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, tone your body, strengthen your core, improve your flexibility or relax and restore, we’ve got a group session for you.  Group Training Classes are held Monday thru Saturday and begin as early at 6 AM and continue throughout the day.  We offer a wide variety of training protocols whether cycling, rowing, Yoga, TRX, kettlebell, muscle conditioning, circuits, kickboxing and more.

Group Training sessions are registered on-line. We offer training on how to use our on-line booking system and will walk you through the process. We accept telephone registrations within 60 minutes of class pending availability of space.

Membership:

1 check-in per day monthly membership*                                     $89

Unlimited check-in monthly membership                                    $129

2 check-in per week 3 month membership**                                $99

All Memberships are EFT draft .  No contracts or fees, 30 day written notice to cancel, automatic renewal.

*additional classes for the same day may be purchased at a discounted price of $10, YogaFlow and YogaBasics may attended as a second session free of charge.

**3 month membership for the group training program which allows 2 check-ins per week, or 24 total sessions.  This membership automatically renews at the end of the three month period unless written notice is provided to terminate.  This package can only purchased once.
